responsible for providing their own meals. We are happy to supply you with a "Suggested Menu" and provide you with
assistance.
What to Bring:
We are happy to provide some of the equipment for your trip (see above). On receipt of your deposit, we
will send you a specific list of things you will need to bring. You provide
your clothing and personal gear, sleeping bag and pad, daypack or backpack, bike
for biking trips (or we can arrange a rental), food.

Unless specifically indicated on the itinerary, transportation is not included
in the price of your trip. However, we can give you guidance on travel

Wildside Adventures and Woods Friendly Environmental Retreat will refund all
monies if we receive your cancellation prior to fourteen days before the event

received within the fourteen days of the event date. If a trip must be
canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, such as unsafe weather
conditions, Wildside Adventures will reschedule the event or issue full credit.
If an emergency, illness, or injury arises during the trip, and you are unable
to complete the scheduled trip, a refund will not be given but you may sign up
for another Wildside Adventures trip, workshop or retreat that is of equal or
lesser value. If a credit is issued to you for a trip or workshop, the
credit must be used within one year.
